Inspired by the structures made from tied bamboo the scaffold chair is composed of intersecting dowels, attached with innovative joinery techniques and completed with a woven paper cord seat. Conceptually relating to the built environment the piece is a mix of solid craftmanship and artistic intervention on local materials.
